Passed away on December 11, aged 85 years.
The Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, December 23, at Gornal Wood Cemetery Chapel, 12.20pm, followed by Interment in Gornal Wood Cemetery.
Family flowers only but donations if desired for Macmillan Nurses Palatine Care Team, may be given at the Service.
God saw you getting weary and did what He thought best, He put His arms around you and took you home to rest.
