Passed peacefully away on Tuesday, December 9, 2014, aged 68 years.
Will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service, to take place on Friday, December 19, 2014, at Stourbridge Crematorium, at 11.40am.Family flowers only please.
