DOUGHTON John (Jack).

The Family of the late Jack would like to thank Family, Friends and Neighbours for attending Jack's Funeral, also thank them for the kind donations for the heart and Lung Centre, New Cross Hospital.

Thanks to everyone for thecondolence and sympathy cards and all their kind words.

We would also like to thank the Reverend Les Doughty, for the lovely Service and his kindness to us, also thanks to Sharon and the Staff of Jennings for doing everything so beautiful, also their kindness to us.

Thanks to Elizabeth and all our Neighbours, special thanks to Alison and Amy, thanks also to the Doctors and Staff at the Heart and Lung, New Cross and thanks to our GP Dr Bilas and his Staff, also thanks to the Paramedics who attended Jack.
