Passed away Thursday, November 13, 2014, aged 75 years.
Funeral Service and Cremation to be held at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, at 1pm, Monday, November 24.
Flowers welcome or donations if desired to British Heart Foundation c/o the Family.
Afterwards all welcome to Great Barr Golf Club for refreshments.
Harry, I watched you suffer, I saw you die but all I could do was sit close by, you went away, we had to part, God eased your pain but broke my heart.
