Former Teacher at Chadsmoor Junior School, West Hill Junior School and St. Peter's Church of England School.

Passed away peacefully at home on November 5, 2014, aged 75 years.

Jeffery will be sadly missed by his Wife Sylvia, Brother Ron, Cousin Rita, Family, Friends, former Work Colleagues and Pupils.

Funeral Service took place at Stafford Crematorium, on Tuesday, November 18.

Family flowers only please.
