Passed away at Atholl House, on November 5, 2014, aged 77 years.
Funeral Service to be held at Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church, Griffiths Drive, Ashmore Park, on Friday, November 28, at 11am, followed by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium.
Family flowers only, donations in lieu to Birmingham Children's Hospital.
