Peacefully passed away on September 19, 2011, aged 84 years.

Loved and remembered by Daughter Jackie, Son-in-law Alan and Granddaughter Amanda.

Funeral Service to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Friday, October 7, at 12.20pm, returning afterwards to The Prince of Wales, Tipton Road, Sedgley.
