Passed away peacefully at New Cross Hospital, on October 18, 2014, with his Family by his side.

Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium West Chapel, on Monday, November 10, at 1.30pm.

We shared our lives together Derek for 54 years, along the way we had happiness and tears, a loving Family of whom we are so proud, I would not change those years my love for anything in the world.

I miss you so much now that you're not here, I wanted you to stay but you could not stand the pain, so now you are peaceful and resting in peace.

I will say goodbye to you my dear Husband, till we meet again, God bless.
