Passed peacefully away on October 19, 2014, aged 89 years.
The Funeral Service will be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel on Wednesday, November 5, 2014, at 11.15am.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to Multiple Sclerosis.
