Sadly passed away at home on Friday, October 24, 2014, aged 77 years.
The Funeral Service and Committal will take place on Tuesday, November 11, 2014, at Streetly Crematorium, West Chapel, at 2.15pm.
By request, Family flowersonly but donations if desired to the Dogs Trust Charity.
All are welcome to join the Family after the Service at the Beverley Hotel, 58 Lichfield Road, Walsall, WS4 2DJ.
