Passed away on Saturday, October 18, 2014, aged 79 years.

Dearly loved Mother of Lynn.

She will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service will take place at The Wolverhampton Spiritualist Church on Wednesday, November 5, at 12.15pm, followed by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel.
