Passed away October 24, 2014, at Katharine House Hospice, aged 83.

Now reunited with his beloved Wife Barbara.

Derek will be very sadly missed by Daughter Maria, Son-in-law Tony, Granddaughter Emma and all Family and Friends.

Requiem Mass to take place, 3pm, on Tuesday, November 4, 2014, at St Joseph and St Etheldreda Church, followed by Cremation at Stafford.
