Sadly passed away at New Cross Hospital on Tuesday, October 14, 2014, aged 77 years.

Will be deeply missed by Friends and Family.

Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel on Thursday,November 6, at 1.30pm.
