Sadly passed away peacefully at New Cross Hospital on Monday, October 13, 2014, aged 83 years.
Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel, on Thursday, October 30, 2014, at 2.30pm.
Your restless nights are over, your days of pain are past, God gently closed your tired eyes and gave you peace at last.
