Suddenly on September 30, 2014, whilst in the loving arms of her Family, Jean, aged 72 years, sadly passed away.
She has been reunited with her Soul Mate and adored Husband Keith.
The Funeral Service will takeplace at Our Lady of Perpetual, Cannock Road on Friday, October 17, 2014, at 1pm, followed at Bushbury Crematorium, at 2.15pm.
Family flowers only, any donations if desired preferred for the Endscopy Department at Walsall Manor Hospital c/o the Family or MIDDLETON BROTHERS Funeral Directors Walsall.

We little knew that morning, God was going to call your name, in life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. You left us beautiful memories, your love is still our guide and though we cannot see you, you're always by our side.
