Peacefully passed away in Parklands Court Nursing Home on Friday, September 26, 2014, aged 81 years.

The Funeral Service and Committal will take place on Monday, October 13, at Streetly Crematorium, West Chapel at 10.30am.By request, Family flowers only but donations if desired to The Air Ambulance or Dementia UK.
