Passed away peacefully on September 24, 2014, aged 73 years, at St Giles Hospice.
The Funeral Service will take place on Friday, October 3, 2014, at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 11.15am.
A dear and special lady who will be loved and missed always by all her Family and Friends.
