Passed away on September 15, 2014, aged 71 years, surrounded by her loved ones.

To be received into St Joseph's Church, Darlaston, at 4pm, on Monday, September 29.

Funeral Service is 11.15am, on Tuesday, September 30, followed by Cremation at Sandwell Valley at 1pm.

Friends welcome.
