Of Lichfield Road, Burntwood. Passed away, Sunday, September 7, 2014, aged 83 years. Dearly loved and sadly missed by Daughters Jane and Anne, Son-in-law Dave, Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, other Family and Friends.
