Passed away peacefully at Manor Hospital on Thursday, September 9, 2014, aged 80 years.

She was greatly loved and will be sadly missed by all her Carers and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held on Friday, September 26, 2014, at St Bartholomew's Church, Church Hill, Wednesbury, at 11.30am, followed by the Committal at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, at 12.15pm.

All Family and Friends welcome.
