Passed away peacefully on September 5, 2014, aged 62 years.
A much loved Husband and Dad.
Will be sadly missed by Family and Friends.
The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2014, at Bushbury Crematorium West Chapel, at 12 noon.
