Who died peacefully on Sunday, September 18, 2011, at New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton, aged 68 years.

The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, September 27, 2011, at Bushbury Crematorium, in the West Chapel at3pm, followed by the Committal.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to Macmillan Nurses.
