Passed away peacefully, Friday, August 29, 2014, aged 65.

Funeral to take place on Friday, September 19, 2014, at St Francis Church, at 12.15pm, followed by Burial at Gornal Wood Cemetery at 1pm.

Reunited with beloved Son Nathan.

You did so many things for me, your heart was kind and true and when I needed someone, I could always count on you.

The special years will not return when we were all together but with the love within my heart you will walk with us forever.
