The Funeral Service and Committal will take place on Monday, September 22, 2014, at 10.20am, Gornal Wood Crematorium, Chase Road, Gornal Wood.

Family flowers only by request but a donation box will be at the Service for Motor Neurone Disease and Brittle Bone Disease should you wish to donate.
