Maurice Oliver Chesterfield
Passed away peacefully at home on September 5, aged 91 years.
A loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather who will be sadly missed by all the Family.
Funeral Service 10.45am, on Friday, September 26, at St Thomas Church, Dudley, followed by Interment, at Dudley Cemetery.
Family flowers only, donations if desired accepted for Ward A1, at Russells Hall Hospital.
