Passed peacefully away, September 1, 2014, aged 58 years.
Beloved Daughter of Lilian (Babs) and the late Jerry.
Sadly missed by all.
The Funeral Service to be held at St. Bernadette's R.C Church, Wombourne, on Tuesday, September 23, 2014, at 12 noon, followed by Interment at Sytch Lane Cemetery, Wombourne.
