Passed peacefully away on August 31, 2014, aged 67 years.
He will be sadly missed by all his loving Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2014, at Stourbridge Cemetery Chapel, at 11am, followed by a Burial at 11.40am.
