Passed away peacefully with his loving Family by his side on Wednesday, September 3, 2014, at Russells Hall Hospital, aged 67 years.
Funeral Service to take place on Wednesday, September 17, 2014, at St. Mary's Church, Kingswinford at12 noon followed by a Burial at Addison Road Cemetery.
Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Alan for Motor Neurone Disease Association may be given to the Family.
