Sadly passed away August 31, 2014, aged 58 years.

Funeral Service to take place at All Saints Church, Bloxwich, on Friday, September 19, 2014, at 1.45pm, followed by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium.

All Friends welcome.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired c/o Walsall Palliative Care and Marie Curie.

You suffered much in silence, a truly wonderful friend, you faced your pain with courage until the very end, when your body could not take much more and a cure was not to be, you went to rest in peace and will be remembered happily.. Sadly missed by all. Bunny, Dawn, Natalie & Gemma
