Passed away peacefully on August 24, 2014, aged 71 years.

We would like to thank all Staff at Compton Hospice for their care and support.

The Funeral Service will take place at The Salvation Army, Field Street, Willenhall, WV13 2NY on Tuesday, September 9, at 1pm, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel at 2.15pm.

Family flowers only.

Donations to Compton Hospice may be handed to the Family.
