Passed away peacefully at St Giles Hospice, on August 24, 2014.
Sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
The Funeral Service is to be held at Bentley Emmanuel Church, at 2.45pm, on Friday, September 5, 2014, followed bya Committal at Streetly Crematorium, at 3.45pm.
Family flowers only please, donations in lieu of flowers to St Giles Hospice, Walsall.
