Passed away peacefully at Compton Hospice on August 25, 2014, aged 69 years.
Beloved Wife, Mom and Nan who will be sadly missed. Always in our thoughts and forever in our hearts.
Funeral Service to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Monday, September 8, 2014, at 12.20pm.
