Susan Ann
Peacefully passed away on Monday, August 25, 2014, at Compton Hospice.
She is survived by her much loved Brother Alan and Wife Pat, Sister Barbara and Husband Robert, six Nephews and Spouses, a Great-Nephew and Great-Niece,several God Children and many Friends.
Susan will be deeply missed but forever remembered by everyone she touched.
Funeral Service and Mass at St Anthony's R.C. Church, 41 Bee Lane, Fordhouses, Wolverhampton, on Tuesday, September 2, 2014, at 2.30pm, followed at 3.45pm by Cremation at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel.
Please plant a flower at home in remembrance of Susan.
