Sadly passed away on Wednesday, August 20, 2014.
Will be sadly missed by all Family and Friends.
Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, September 2, 2014, 10.30am, at St. Aidens Church, Pye Green Road followed by Cremation at Stafford Crematorium, 11.30am.
Family flowers only please.
Donations if desired for Local M S Society or Chemotherapy Unit, Stafford Hospital c/o Carol.
