Passed away peacefully at Russells Hall Hospital on August 14, 2014, aged 54 years.

Reunited with her beloved Husband Mick.

Very dear Mom of Daniel, Emma and the late Elliot.

Sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will take place at Rowley Regis Crematorium on Friday, August 29, 2014, at 12.15pm.

It was Jean's request for people not to wear black at the Service.

Mom

Your eyes were getting heavy, your body getting tired, they told us to stay with you and wait a little while.

Your last breath was taken with loved ones by your side,tears rolled down our cheeks, the moment that you died.

The angels came to take you, to rest in Heaven above, you will be missed greatly, never forgotten, only loved.

I couldn't have asked for a better Mom, she loved me like she vowed, I hope wherevershe is, she's looking down and feeling proud.

Until we meet again.

Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, you're loved beyond words and missed beyond measure. I wish we could have had one more day but I know that cannot be, for God saw that you were tired when He whispered come to Me.

Words cannot express the pain I feel, the longing to hear your voice, for I know you didn't want to leave, you had no choice.

Our suffering was only short, for that I am glad, I hope you are at peace, now being up there with Dad.

A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands now at rest, God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.

I love you Mom.
