Passed away suddenly August 13, 2014, aged 60 years.
Will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to be held on Tuesday, September 2, at Central Methodist Church, Dudley, DY1 1DT, at 11.30am, followed by private Family Committal Service at Gornal Wood Crematorium.
Family flowers only please but donations, if desired to, Solihull Down Syndrome Support Group, Cancer Research UK or Midland Air Ambulance will be gratefully accepted by
