Passed away on August 15, 2014, at West Park Hospital.
Dearly loved Wife of the late Tom, much loved Mother of Vivienne and Sue, Mother-in-law of John and the late Roger, adored Grandma of Peter and Charlene, Rachel andMatt and adored Nanma of Sarah.
Funeral Service to be held at St Nicholas' Church, Codsall, on Tuesday, September 2, at 11am, followed by Burial in the Churchyard.
Family flowers only.
