Sadly passed away at St Giles Hospice, Sunday, July 27, 2014, aged 57 years.

The Funeral Service is to be held on Friday, August 15, 2014, at St Lawrence's Church, Darlaston, at 12.45pm, followed by Burial at Willenhall Lawn Cemetery, at 2pm, then afterwards at The Nags Head Pub, Darlaston.

We would like to thank all the Staff at St Giles Hospice for everything they've done for Carol.

We watched you suffer and getting weaker, we couldn't help but weep, it broke ourhearts to lose you as you took your final sleep.
