Passed away July 16, aged 84 years.

Will be greatly missed by all his Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2014, at 10am, at Tipton Green Methodist Church, followed by the Committal Service at Gornal Wood Crematorium.

All Family and Friends welcome afterwards to Brook Street Community Centre, Tipton.

I often sit and think of you and how you died, to think you could not say goodbye before you closed your eyes.

I loved you Jack and I always will, I didin life, in death I do still. Each morning I start with my broken heart but carry on daily playing the part.

To smile a brave front, that's what you would want, I do that for you my love. You broke my heart and let him die, to take my Husband who didno wrong, forgive me Lord if I ask why.

I miss you very much Jack. Wherever I go, whatever I do, my day begins and ends with you. Someday, dear, I'll be there with you.
