Died peacefully at home on July 18, aged 74 years.

Sadly missed, you touched the hearts of everyone you met.

Funeral Service will be at Pelsall Methodist Church, on Friday, August 1, 2014, at 10.30am, followed by the Committal at Streetly Crematorium.
