Sadly passed away July 19, aged 77 years.

Funeral Service to be held at Streetly Crematorium West Chapel, August 4, at 11.15am.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired to Arboretum Nursing Home, Walsall.

Husband His smile has gone forever, his hand I cannot touch, I have so many memories of the one I loved so much.

His memory is my keepsake of which I'll never part, God has him in His keeping, I have him in my heart.
