Passed away Monday, July 21, 2014, aged 84 years.
Will be sadly missed by all your brokenhearted Family.
Cortege leaving Pine Avenue, Wednesbury, at 1.45pm, for the Funeral Service at Central Methodist Church, Spring Head, Wednesbury, 2.15pm, Friday, August 1, 2014, followed by Cremation at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, at 3.15pm.
Immediate Family flowers only please.
Donations to Help for Heroes and The Midlands Air Ambulance c/o the Family.
All welcome to join the Family afterwards at Churchill Social Club, St. Mary's Road, Wednesbury.
