Passed away suddenly at home on July 19, 2014, aged 76 years.

Reunited with his beloved Wife Rosalie after a brief separation.

Dad to Mark and Grandad to Richard.

Sadly missed by Family and Friends.

Funeral Service will take place on Monday, August 4, 2014, at Sandwell Valley Crematorium, at 11.30am.

Family flowers only.
