Passed away peacefully on July 17, 2014, aged 65 years.

The Funeral Service and Committal will be held on Thursday, July 31, at 11am, at Gornal Wood Crematorium, Dudley.

Family flowers only by request but a donation box will be at the Service for Compton Hospice should you wish to donate.

Black attire may be worn but Dave asked that everyone wear bright colours please.

You were so special, you had the nicest ways, you did so much in life for us and never asked for praise.
