Passed peacefully away on June 26, 2014, at Russells Hall Hospital, aged 81 years.
Beloved Husband of Phyllis for almost 60 years.
A devoted Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather.
He will be sadly missed by all his loving Family.
Funeral Service 1pm, on Friday, July 11, at Rowley Regis Crematorium.
Immediate Family flowers only please donations, if desired, accepted for the Georgina Ward at Russells Hall Hospital who have been so good to Jack.
