Of Sutherland Road, Cradley Heath, passed peacefully away on September 11, 2011, aged 64 years.
Beloved Husband of June, dearly loved Father of John and Daughter-in-law Jane.
He will be sadly missed by all his Brothers and Sisters and Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to take place on Monday, September 19, at Rowley Regis Crematorium, at 1.45pm.
