Funeral Service to take place, Monday, July 7, 2014, 1.30pm, at Bushbury Crematorium West Chapel, then on to The Victory Club, New Invention, Willenhall. WV12 5BB.
Flowers to besent to Thomas Ely & Son Limited, Ely House, Somerford Place, Willenhall. WV13 3DT.
It broke our hearts to lose you but you didn't go alone, for part of us went with you the day God called you home.
Your loving Wife Sandra, Daughters Michelle and Teresa, Sons-in-law Gary and Neil, Grandsons Aron and Cole.

So sorry to hear, RIP Dan,
You came and shook my hand the day you retired from Ervin as we were both long service employees. You never got to enjoy your retirement, you deserved better than that.
