Passed away peacefully at Broadway Halls Care Home, on June 10, 2014, aged 92.

Service to be held at St Francis' Church, Laurel Road, at 2.15pm, followed by Burial at the New Cemetery, Queens Cross, Dudley, at 3pm, on July 1, 2014.

I love you so much Mom, I can't believe you're gone,

my heart broke deep inside the day Mom that you died.

Love forever.

Your brokenhearted Son Mark, Maria and Grandson Tom.

Reunited with Dad.
