Passed away peacefully on June 8, 2014, aged 73.
Funeral Service to be held on Monday, June 23, at 1.30pm, at St Lawrence Church, Darlaston, followed by Interment at Fallings Heath Cemetery, Wednesbury, at 2.30pm.
Flowers welcome,donations if dfesired to Cancer Research.
