Peacefully passed away at St Giles Hospice on June 9, 2014.
Funeral Service to take place at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Thursday, June 19, 2014, at 9.45am.
Reunited with beloved Wife Doris.
You are an inspiration to us all, your cheek, wit and smile will live with us always.
Will be sadly missed by Family and Friends.
